Download issues on tablet

Having issues installing software on windows pro surface 4 tablet...I have the software on my laptop but want it on my tablet for easier in and out but after it downloads it says the label or syntax is incorrect and it only gives me the help side of hondata and won't connect to ecu

Tablets often run a different version of windows, even if windows has the same name, and they don't support our software.
