The car is running a bit lean. No knock is present so that is good.

Yes, add fuel in the areas that show it is running lean. The o2 sensor is what is keeping you in line. When tuning the object is to reduce the amount of work the o2 sensor is doing. An approach you can use is to add about 7% fuel to all the tables. Log it again then reduce the fuel where needed. It is best to start rich than lean.
