Hello all.
I recently had an interesting experience with my Supercharged RSX Type S. The other day, I found myself engaged in a series of races with an STI on the highway. We had about 3 or 4 runs, and the final one was a 60 mph rolling start. During that run, I downshifted to 3rd gear and revved the engine all the way up to 8700 RPM. However, after letting off the gas and exiting the highway, I noticed a strange hesitation and jerkiness when pressing or releasing the gas pedal.
To add to the issue, whenever I pressed the clutch, the RPMs started surging repeatedly, fluctuating between 800 and 3100 RPM. This behavior puzzled me, and I began troubleshooting the problem. I started by inspecting the vacuum lines and even removed the IACV (Idle Air Control Valve), installing a block-off plate. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the problem. I also checked the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) and throttle plate, but I haven't been able to pinpoint the cause of this issue.
Now, I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has encountered a similar problem or might have any insights or ideas on how to resolve it. I'm open to suggestions and eager to find a solution to this perplexing situation.

Without the calibration and a datalog showing the issue it is hard to speculate on what is happening.
