Kmanager won't connect to kpro

I just finished my kswap ek civic and when i went to load a k24a2 base map to get it started it won't communicate with kpro. The car is able to run with the oem base map that it has from the factory k20a3 that the ecu came from. I just can't load a new map or go live with the ecu. On the bottom i saw it said ignition off while the key was on so i check power and ground on all my pins with the hybrid racing conversion harness. Everything checks out and well the vehicle runs and idles on its on i just can't load the correct map i have tried different cables and laptops but no luck. I tried the kpro on a actual rsx and still no luck. Thanks in advanced kinda at a lost.

What is the serial number that is in the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

Software version 4.5.7.0 build 3515
And serial number is 57196

It looks like this K-Pro was sold as an install kit to Humble Performance. You will need to have them test this since it could be an installation issue.
