I have 3 AEM Gauges.
- 30-4110 Wideband
- 30-0306 Boost Gauge
- 30-0301 Oil Pressure Gauge
Wideband works fine as Analog Input 0. The Boost and Oil Pressure gauges do not.
The Boost Gauge (30-0306) and Oil Pressure Gauge (30-0301) has 2 wires from the gauge I believe are what I need to connect per their documents. My understanding is that the White (0-5V Analog Out) goes to my Analog Input (AN1 for Boost, AN2 for Oil Pressure) and the Brown go to the Sensor Ground on the Analog pigtail for the Hondata.
As far as Analog Input configuration, they would look as follows:
Analog 1 (Boost 30-0306)
Conversion: Custom
Type: Pressure
Unit: bar
Voltage:
0.5v -> 0 bar / 0 psia
4.5v -> 3.4 bar / 50 psia
----
Analog 2 (Oil Pressure 30-0301)
Conversion: Custom
Type: Pressure
Unit: bar
Voltage:
0.5v -> 0 bar / 0 psia
4.5v -> 6.8 bar / 100 psia
So my questions are as follows:
1. Is the wiring direct since it comes from the gauge?
2. Do I still have to use bar for custom or can I use PSI?
3. When I had this setup in KManager with bar, the values at engine off/key on, showed 0 on both gauges, but live view showed non-zero values in the Live View when adding those sensors.
Any help would be appreciated.
