Hello, thanks in advance for anyone able to place eyes on this for me. From some comparisons against similar vehicles, it appears that the tune may be slightly aggressive in timing. If anyone with more experience has feedback on any areas of the tune I would welcome them.
I have limited tuning experience observing and assisting with tuning older B-series engines with chipped ECU's decades ago, and owned a bone stock FA5 Si about 5 years ago which was flashed with the Stock Tuned basemap on a FlashPro.
I recently purchased another FA5 (details below), which included a FlashPro and in the documentation was a receipt for a street tune. The car as purchased ran well, except for some harsh transitions on/off throttle and a smell/sooty bumper that 'seemed' a bit rich. In reviewing datalogs, that doesn't seem to be true however.
I installed FP Manager, enabled the CEL knock alert function and made a few minor adjustments of user preference (throttle overrun fuel cut, raised VTEC engagement). Attached are two datalogs (labeled) for a WOT pull and a 'driving around' city drive. I have noticed an occasional flicker of the knock sensor/now CEL at ~2400RPM, ~45% throttle in 2nd and possibly third gear. In reviewing the logs from when this has occurred (see attached "city driving" log), I don't see a lean condition but do see IGN LIMIT exceeding 60* - I don't know if this could be causal?
As an added question, is a spike to rich in AFR 'expected' at VTEC engagement? My limited experience in tuning previously was on non-VTEC motors and while I understand the theory of cam changeover and timing reasonably well, I'm sure there are nuances I'm not aware of.

Thanks again!
