P0011 error code on 05-06 Honda jdm dc5 type r

I'm currently having this problem with my 05-06 jdm integra DC5 Type R i keeping on randomly getting this vtc malfunction error code-P0011 and when the code does pop up the vtec don't work and my tuner said the intake cam does move when code is on replace the vtc gear and the vtc oil pressure actuator i have not replaced the vtec solenoid as yet but before replacing the vtc gear and actuator the code still pop up randomly. HELP PLEASE!!

What oil are you using?

Have you checked the oil level?

Yes I’m using the Honda genuine oil 10.30 and the car was service a couple of days ago so the level is right and was checked also.

I would recommend that you try the ECU on a known working vehicle and see if it runs as it should. If it does then you have an intermittent issue on your own vehicle that needs to be resolved.
