Cannot upload maps, registration required

Hi Admins and friends

I just bought a used v3 kpro and I cannot upload any basemaps. It is asking me to register it.

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

Thank you. I’ll do it when I get home. Can you please verify if it is a v3? I can not save calibrations in the flash memory. I successfully uploaded some basemaps but won’t save the calibration to the ecu.
