About U0401-68 PCM intelligent fuel injection control system failure

I installed the fuel kit as shown in the picture below
Also start him in HONDATA
Why does this fault code appear?
U0401-68 PCM intelligent fuel injection control system failure
Is it a hardware problem or can it be solved by adjusting it from HONDATA?

Have you followed the factory service manual troubleshooting steps for that error? That is a body error and deals with communication.

It is a VSA error. There's no ECU setting that will change it. I suggest clearing all the error codes using a Honda tool or the OBDII diagnostics function in FlashProManager.
