intermittent leaning out in closed loop

For the last week or so i have been getting random moments where the car will lean out severely 17.1 18.1 under idle and low revs. tonight for instance i was driving around for a couple of hours no problem and not far from home stopped at a shop and noticed rough idle when stationairy. I have the hondata app on my phone so opened it up and sure enough was running lean. this only happens in closed loop and has been happening for the last week or so. only thing i have changed is the plugs and refining the fuel trims. i cant work out whats going on, unless i run it in open loop all the time. first time posting so will try attach data log see how we go. quick run down on the car honda accord euro, turbo gt30 1000cc injectors 540lph walbro pump running e85

Undo what you did with the fuel trim and see if it goes back to the way it was.
