yes you must deal in: Throttle flow vs. opening

To avoid injector shutoff during shifting events increase the value:
Overrun Fuel Cut Delay
... in some start calibrations its configured to "0" ... In my case I have increased the value to 100ms to 120ms. To much time can cause long-term issues so its up to you to find the best value.
Also your "Overrun cut MAP (RECOVER)" value is also to high. The best smoothness tip-in you will have if you set a low value: 0,100 MAP (bar). Result: The injectors kick in faster.
