Hi. I had this problem since last year. Intermittent Flash Memory Error. Recently even with different laptops and PCs it has become more and more frequent to the point that uploading tunes is close to impossible. Is this hardware error. Can this be fixed? Please help.

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

I am very much disappointed on how hondata handled my defective flashpro. They said that it was a defective board. It was changed amounting to 250 usd. Shipping included around 200 usd. Amounting to approximately to 450 USD. I plugged it in my laptop. Not even in my car and still the same hardware defect/ error. I have spent so much money for a defective repair. Please help me or guide me through the process. Shipping and repair was very expensive only to have a defective repair.

I believe we were in contact with you about this to resolve the issue of it accidentally being shipped back without being replaced.
