hi guys i have a 2015 civic si i did a k20z3 head and pistions car has rdx injectors and rbc intake. what base map should i use. right now i canot start the car only cranks.

I suggest you find a base calibration with the mods closes to yours and make adjustments to make the car run safe until you get it properly tuned. Make sure you switch the car to run on speed density. Hondata might already have a calibration with RDX injectors. You can use that as a base or find another calibration and you input the injector data yourself.
