Boost Controller Not responding
Boost Controller Not responding
I recently installed a Hondata Boost control solenoid on my 98 integra (P28 OBD1) and cannot get any response from it for the life of me . me and my tuner are stumped hes tried every setting possible and all im getting is waste gate . I have one wire tapped into A11 and the other tapped into A25 (read online this is a good switchable 12V source) ive tried multiple power sources and cannot get any response at all from the controller . i know the solenoid works because i touched the wires on the battery and the solenoid clicked/engaged but i cannot get it to engage when wired into the ecu/ setup for the life of me . any ideas ? tips ? things i may be doing wrong ?
Re: Boost Controller Not responding
Have the components been added to the ECU for it to be able to control the solenoid?

Re: Boost Controller Not responding
Hmm didn’t realize this was a thing so I guess not Lol . Is there certain types of diodes/transistors I need ? Or just general ones work ? Anyone have a video guide on doing it ?

Shit I was hoping to be able to get them somewhere local ….. I’ve already had the car laid up for a week or two trying to figure out this issue
Re: Boost Controller Not responding
I’m trying to take the s300 out of the car now to bring it somewhere to get soldered but I literally cannot get the clips out of it for the life of me I’m pushing the clips down so hard and pulling but the plugs will not come out
