Kpro4 & AEM CD-5

Hi, This is kicking my ass and I'm not sure what the heck I'm doing wrong. I cannot for the life of me get the Cd-5 to display the CAN signal coming from Kpro4 digital output CAN. I have grounded the digital output ground wire. I have a 120 ohn resistor within a few inches of the Kpro. I'm using twisted pair CAN wire with a twist prior to every inch. At the termination of the CAN wire where it plugs into the Cd-5 CAN2 port, I have tried using with an addition resistor and without an additional resistor. I have went through the software in the AEM and have the data assigned correctly to RPM, coolant, etc. I cannot figure out what the heck I'm doing wrong.

Can someone confirm the settings within Hondata software I should be using.
