2014 Civic si Idle Issues on Hondata Reflash

Hi, I'm working on a 2014 Civic si with a test pipe, Skunk 2 catback, and stock air intake, I've reflashed it with the Hondata Reflash base map. It runs fine, however, the idle has a few issues. Firstly, it dips sometimes to around 500 rpm when I push in the clutch at idle. It will also bounce up and down without any throttle input occasionally.

It will also dip slightly when I disengage the clutch.

Could somebody help me fix these idle issues, please?
I can send data logs but they'll be few and far between as it's my friend's car, not mine

Do you have an aftermarket clutch or flywheel?
