Laptop died during returning ECU to stock

As the title says I was returning my ECU back to stock to trade in the car, while I was doing so my laptop died and the flash didnt go through, my car is now bricked, the brake pedal is super stiff and the dash is lit up as if it were still flashing, I have tried to unplug and plug the flashpro back in like it has been said in other posts. The car will only go into accessory mode and that's the only thing I can do.

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.
