FlashPro not downloading the data logs

Hello, I am experiencing some issues when downloading the data logs to my PC. Basically, I tried to download them and the progress bar shows up and when it is finished, there is nothing on the graphs and the files seem to get disappear from the device. However, if I unplug it and plug it back in, the files show up again but the same thing happens. I had this happen more frequent now. The issue happens with small files as well as larger files.

I tried deleting everything from the device as well.

this has happen with multiple releases.

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.
