B16A P28ECU W/Boost Solenoid Manual

Good morning everyone. I was lucky enough to pick up an 88 EF manual from my buddy for a decent price. It was originally B swapped with a B16A, manual transmission, it has dsm 390 injectors,( I did order FIC 1000cc injectors), AEM fuel rail, Borg Warner S300 turbo. I got the car, because it sat in his garage for the last 25 years and he did nothing to it. So I did the conversion from OBD0 to OBD1. Ran the boost solenoid, tried to run the base map that is in the software, and NOTHING. I have no clue where to go from here. Can anyone help me out? Any help suggestions would be amazing, and appreciated.

What do you mean by nothing? Does it start and die? Does it not start but crank? More details will make it easier to help you out. This way we can distinguish between software and mechanical issues.

On the calibration side did you i out the correct injector data? What map sensor are you running? Do you have a wideband installed?
