KPro board does not power up

KProv4 #53538 installed in a PND-A05. The problem started by failing to start with a solid CE light and the customer would tap on the board, D2 LED would turn on and the problem would go away. Now the car does not start at all, has a solid CE light and green LED D2 does not turn on. I removed and reinstalled the board but the problem persists.

What the the customer options at this point?

Looks like this was sold as an install kit to AGN Motorsports and it could be an installation issue. I would recommend that the customer contact them to take a look at it.

Installation is fine as the car was working and then started having this issue.

What are the customers options?

1 - Contact AGN Motorsports for troubleshooting assistance?
2 - Contact Hondata for an RMA repair/replacement?

AGN will need to look at this and see if there is an installation problem. IF they find the ECU is damaged then the customer should be able to supply an ECU to have them swap the K-Pro for them.
