Look for a basemap revision

Post by MorpheusNeo »

Hello, I am hoping to find someone who can make adjustments to my basemap with my data on my datalog. I want to be able to drive my car safely to my tuners dyno which is 20 min away and the basemap I have now isn’t going to work. I’m using the default hondata b16a2 tune with my parameters and things filled in but still idles not very good, it will hang in 13s then 11 then up to 20 and back, hoping to find someone who can help me out & send my tune back with modifications so I can drive it to the dyno.

Car is B16a2 semi built, e85, 400lph fuel pump, ID 1000cc, fpr, skunk 2 intake, 1320 race header, adjustable cam gears & head features ferrea 5000 valves full head package, cams I think are stock. Basically just need a kind soul to help me be able to drive this thing to the dyno so I can get a proper tune, don’t want to pay my tuner twice tor the same job.

I understand its going to take more than an idle datalog to fill out the driving map, but hopefully someone can get me in the right direction. If someone can get my car running and driving okay I can pay money if needed for your help

I can take a look it at. What wideband are you running?

Do you have the deadtimes for your injectors?

Okay thank you!! Attached I have an image of my injector deadtimes from my previous dyno tune calibration file :) Wideband is AEM Series X Wideband (part number: 017-30-0300) which I have also calibrated with the voltage offsets from previous tune

Sorry this is the most recent updated calibration file. I put in deadtimes, wideband voltages, rev limit, gear comp & lean protection. Essentially copied over all the vital information from my previous tune. Also there is 65% overall trim to the entire map and it won't run without it because fueling isn't touched, added a bit on the idle cells but thats it, I know 65% overall trim isn't good but i'm sure you will help with that :)

I cleaned up some of the fuel at idle. Try to make a normal driving log if you can.
