Here is a base file i put together. I did not see a mention of an aftermarket MAP sensor so it is set to run the stock one. On your end you need to configure the wideband to read through hondata and calibrate the TPS. Once you do this save the file and send it over a long with a datalog of the car at idle.

I see you got lost for about 3 months. The car is running pretty rich down low and up high in boost its running lean. Its not crazy lean but it still needs adjusting. Overall the fuel needs to be dialed in.

Weather surgery and new job plus the install took me a bit get back on track .... also i get missfire codes if i turn it off and start it if it has not cooled off for at least 3 hours i think it has to do with cold start

Nice build. I’m sure it will give other k series cars a run for their money once it’s dialed in.

Just realized you said it misfires. Not having the fuel dialed in can cause it to misfire.

it doesn't miss fire though it just gives all the codes + random miss code only if i start it up while its warm

Re: 05 Element YH2 JDM K24A RBB2 E-tune support
There are enrichments during cold starts, once the engine reaches operating temperature they are no longer used. This is why tuners wait until it reaches operating temperature before making adjustments to the tables. It could be that is why you only see the misfire codes after the engine is already in operating temperature. Fix the fuel issue in the main tables and then see if the code continues to come back. It is good practice to have the main tables dialed in first before you adjust the enrichment tables.

Hey,
I was reviewing the log and file again to help out with some edits and noticed the calibration is running the stock MAP sensor. If true how much are you boosting? you could be exceeding the stock map sensor.

its on a 10 spring but with the back pressure of the exhaust it reaches 12 i have had 4 different map sensors 2 cheepo ebay and 2 name brand and all have went bad just sitting in the driveway the stock one is the only one that hasn't let me down ... but speaking on that could i use my aem boost/ vacuum like a map sensor?

You can use the boost gauge to read the pressure but not as a MAP sensor. Running past what the MAP sensor can read is dangerous as you can not adjust fuel for it. Many of the cars I have tuned have run the Hondata 4bar map sensor with no issues. If you insist on running the stock map sensor I would change out the spring to a lower boost pressure.solokick3 wrote: Wed Jun 28, 2023 7:20 am its on a 10 spring but with the back pressure of the exhaust it reaches 12 i have had 4 different map sensors 2 cheepo ebay and 2 name brand and all have went bad just sitting in the driveway the stock one is the only one that hasn't let me down ... but speaking on that could i use my aem boost/ vacuum like a map sensor?
