Already flashed ECU by unknown but want to buy hondata to reflash

I bought this fn2r and it has already been reflashed by idk who
Is there anyway I could buy a Hondata Flashpro and use that to flash the car to group n or an actual stock ecu flash?

Look around the edges of the ECU where you can see the sealant and see if it looks like it has been opened.

The red sealant looks pretty smooth to me, probably hasn’t been opened

You can try to Use a Flash Pro with it, but there is a chance if it was tuned by software other than Hondata it may brick the ECU.
