Calibration Not Recognised

Post by 7plymaple »

Hi,

Not sure if I did something wrong but I returned my 2015 civic LX to stock and unlocked. Tried to lock the Hondata to my 2009 EX - L and it says Calibration not recognised. And gave me the option to download my calibration and send to Hondata for future update. So I did this. I also tried just uploading a tune to the 2009 without it being locked and it said the Hondata is for the R18 Civic and both my cars are.

I did notice the unlock process didn't require me to log in. And I think it did the last time I unlocked it to take the car in? Not sure.

Is it possible the cars calibration is not recognized? I'm guessing it's more likely I did something wrong. The car was never tuned before. It was always stock exept for a Sprint booster and I removed that last night before I plugged in the battery and tried to tune it today.

Cheers!

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

Post your FlashPro serial number here.

Sent.

I set the feedback type as"Unsupported ECU" due to the message I get while trying to lock to vehicle.

The current ECU part number 37820-RNA-C32 is not supported by the FlashPro.
