Flashpro not available connect

Excuse me, My Flash Pro has encountered a problem that the continuous loop download (Updating Flashpro firmware) cannot be interrupted. So i can't connect can not use .there is a solution ?

My flashpro is registered as well. Please let me know.

Is the FlashPro plugged into the vehicle?

Yes, plugged into the vehicle, but it's the same without the vehicle connected, and the same with the USB only

After it fails to update, with everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

ok i'll try that but i plugged everything in and the ignition in the on position ! would happen (continuous loop download (updating flashpro firmware) . Or use the USB Driver alone for connection?
