Error ( Could not load)

I have a 2000 Honda Civic with a K24A engine that is equipped with a KPRO computer. Previously, this computer had been programmed. However, now it does not accept new programming. The last tuner set a password for its programming, but that was erased when I tried to replace it. Since then, the computer displays the message "Could not load."
