Binary in ECU doesnt match calibration ID

Bought this car (06 si coupe) about a month ago from an older lady who didnt know much about it besides it had an intake, wanted to get some info before i hit yes on anything.

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.
