JUST HAD TO REPLACE ECM/ECU. QUESTIONS

2007 civic si

Drove the car home, messed with fuse box and Lost power to ecu and fuel pump, coolant gauge was dim, relays were clicking. etc

Got that solved with a used ECM/ECU same exact part number as my original (37820-RRB-A12)

Now my problem is the immobilizer needs reprogrammed and how do I go about getting the flashpro to read this new one?

I know this has probably been covered I appreciate your help
