Weird AF readings and surging

Hi guys, Ive recently replaced my engine and new one is running however I am getting very strange AF readings and a DTC P2A00 (AF sensor 1 performance/range). Ive attached a datalog for reference but I dont seem to be getting vacuum surges at the same time so doubt its vacuum related as Ive also sprayed the whole engine bay with brake cleaner and it didnt pick up. The calibration is from my old engine, wouldnt think it would affect running to this extent but added anyway.
Any ideas or advice before I go for replacing the primary O2 sensor?

I would follow the factory service manual troubleshooting steps for that error code. It does sound like it is most likely related to the O2 sensor.
