Rbb a71 tsx locking error (ecu vin no recorded)

Hello guys,

I am trying to lock my flashpro on rbb a71 tsx ecu, but after one day trying to solve it, I had no success.
The error is "the ecu vin has no been recorded. Connect the flashpro to the vehicle and switch the ignition on to record the vin".

Obviously I tried with switching the ignition on again, reconnecting everything to obd and laptop usb, reinstalled flashpro manager, reinstalled drivers, registered the flashpro with my email...but everytime ending up with the same screen error (windows 10x64).

I checked the car vin in hds, it.s shown, the car is read successfully, I can also enter the mileage and then navigate through pgm params in hds, reading/clearing dtcs. So everything seems to work fine, the car starts without any problem.

Do you have any ideea on what I am doing wrong?

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.
