Need help tuning from the basemap

Alright im new to flashpro so i don't have any experience with this but this is the datalog of today's drive on the basemap if anyone could help me revise it it'd be greatly appreciated.
Car has injen short ram intake
Greddy headers and exhaust
besides that everything is stock.

Don’t forget to post the calibration you are running as well.

I can review over the log once you have posted the calibration file.

running the basemap factory settings
im trying to learn how tune but don't want to end up blowing it up either

If you are trying to learn I would recommend you look into evans tuning videos on youtube.

In regards to the calibration, switch it to speed density and and dial in the fuel once you have a better idea of what you are doing.

For now look at the areas where knock is present and reduce the timing in those areas.
