Running issues after changing to latest software

Hi, I recently installed the latest version of KManager on my laptop to make a single change to my map which was to raise the vtec engagement.
When plugging in it gives me a warning saying that the existing calibration was done on an older version. But I downloaded the settings from the ecu anyway. Changed vtec then uploaded to the car.
Now between 2 and 3.5k it's spluttering really bad and I have to feather the throttle until its past this point.
Any ideas what might have happened?

^ I was just about to make this same post.

k20a2 was running fine since the last time I updated my ECU like a year ago; Wanted to play around with some settings and needed to update to do so.
After updating to the current beta version, I don't know why I did beta :( Now my car wont rev past 2500~3000 rpm. Trying rev and the car turns off after a few revs.

I uploaded the same settings that was working before, I tried a stock calibration but neither are working. I feel like maybe it's something with this new beta? This is my only car so I really need help on this.

I have found the problem with mine. When switching to the new software it completely scrambled my timing map.
For now I've uploaded a base map and manually keyed in the fuel settings from the old map. Until I can get it on the dyno for a remap
