Selling dealer flashpro flashed ECU

Hello. I have tuned a customer's car with dealer flashpro (04 TSX with 06+ ECU). Now he wants to sell the car and revert to stock ECU. Can he sell the 06+ ECU and will the ECU still be able to be tuned with my dealer FP on a new car?

The ECU's are not meant to be swapped from vehicle to vehicle. The Dealer FlashPro can be used to return the ECU to stock. The ECU will not work in other vehicles as the key and immobilizer will not be matched.
