When disabling in kpro there is no difference. It is a brand new iacv so there is nothing to clean. I believe it is just faulty.
Did you remove the IACV and then disable it in Hondata?

Disabling it in Hondata will not make a difference if the IACV is still attached.

So Im sure its my IACV, i just took it apart and did some testing. I was able to block off the ports on my throttle body, but start up was rough and I cannot adjust my throttle cable any more to open up the throttle and do not want to adjust the screws on the throttle body. Looks like ill just order another IACV.

Got the new IACV installed, Car is idling amazing now right around 900rpm. Made it around the block, came back and made some adjustments. Not sure when to pay attention to the knock count.

Make sure you post the file you made changes to. If you have severely reduced the timing in the knock area and the knock has not gone away it is more than likely false knock. You will have to do this to all the areas you see knock. I am glad the car is running better.
