ECU 37820-PND-A59?

Post by rufusbob »

How do features of the -A59 ECU compare with others in series 37820-PND-A01 thru A04 and A06-A09 (I.e.manual transmission PND’s)?

Is -PND-059 KPro compatible and possible to use for a K-swap vehicle?

Thanks,
Bob

That ECU is compatible a long as it is only used in a swap vehicle. Details on using an auto ECU can be found at: https://hondata.com/tech-alternative-ecu-engine-swap

Thanks.

So after rerouting the VSS input from the wiring harness to the KPro4 board patch harness:

1) is it correct that the alternate KPro4 VSS input signal may come from either a countershaft sensor or a ring gear sensor as long as the appropriate pulse / km setting is made in KManager?

2) the -PND-059 will support the same features (VTEC, IAB, knock sensor and factory wideband O2) as the other PND manual transmission ECU’s?

Your help is much appreciated.
