Hello . Today I plugged my P28 s300 to my car and laptop. I am using USB 2.0 cable and laptop port . The Smanger is 2.8.1.0 and can't see the ECU. In device manager window ,the windows O.S. can see S300 but with yelow exclamation mark. When I try to update the drivers manually it say the device has best drivers. It is firs plug in of the ECU . Windows o.s. just was updated. And still no connection between Smanager and ECU. I uploaded video in my YouTube so you can see clearly the behaviour. If I choose from Smanager -update drivers- it give me back mesage - Error updating driver.

What is the serial number that is on the s300 board inside the ECU?
