S300- Runs for 15mins and starts to sputter, USB laptop zero issues

Hi,
HONDATA TEAM ONLY!!!!!
So long story short
Car runs good when USB connected to LAPTOP
Car starts sputtering if USB is disconnected
Tried another hondata s300 v3 with same ecu works good

Looks like issues with hondata s300
what are the next steps to get this issue fixed
again all grounds are perfect works great with another s300 v3 with same ECU

please help us resolve this issue.

What is the serial number that is on the s300 board inside the ECU?
