Question on Hondata PR4

I have a '96 Integra LS and I bought a jumper harness in order to convert it to OBD-I.

So a friend of a friend had a PR4 ecu for sale that he said it was sent to Hondata for tuning, it has a Hondata sticker on it but I have not taken it apart yet.

So my question is, if I buy it can I tune with it or is it useless to me?

Yes it will work, it is the same as a P06.
