Battery Kill Switch

I have a race car with a KPRO V4. Is it ok to pull the kill switch when I store the car is it better to have power all the time?

The battery on it is very small and won't hold a charge for that long.

Mainly does the ecu draw a little power with the ignition off? Does it hurt anything to disconnect the battery for most of the time it's not running?

It will not hurt anything to disconnect the battery.
