s300 close loop vs open loop conditions

Hello once again , for our better understanding we are trying to figure out the close loop conditions on the s300.

So for example we have the following values:

Max MAP for closed loop - 300 mbar
Max engine speed - 4000 rpm
Delay after engine start - 30 s

In order to escape close loop and return to open loop , all these conditions must be met or just 1 of the 2 (I exclude the delay after engine start)

So if the engine passes the 300 mbar while its bellow 4000 rpm will go to open loop?
Or in order to go to open loop , it needs to be over 300 mbar and over 4000 rpm?

Both conditions must be met or just 1?

If either one is met it will go into open loop.
