Hey all.
I've got a KProv4 in a 2000 Civic with a turbo k20. RSX Type S alternator. DIY Charge harness, ODYSSEY P680 battery in the fender. Ktuned ac/ps delete (belt was tight, made it even tighter to no avail).
Running a spal fan, DW400 fuel pump, and sometimes headlights (at night). This, plus the ignition system might be tapping out the alternator is what I'm thinking. But maybe more of a reserve (bigger battery) would help?
At the dyno today voltage started dropping high up in the RPM range. I've seen a few others have had this problem too. Just seeing if anyone has any guidance for me.
High RPM Voltage Drop
Re: High RPM Voltage Drop
Without seeing the calibration, datalog and knowing how much of a voltage drop it's hard to say what the issue might be.

Sorry, heres the datalog.

Re: High RPM Voltage Drop
You definitely have an issue with the voltage dropping and it is also not steady as it should be. You should try your ECU in a known working vehicle to see if it is steady as it should be. If it is then you will need to determine what in your setup is causing the issue, as it could be any number of things or a combination of things.
