Jdm K20A ignition advance time problem

Hello everyone,
This is my first time writing in this forum.
My setup is this:
Eudm Eg6 with Jdm K20A.
The engine has just been rebuilt with the following modifications:
RRC pistons 86,25mm
RBC intake ported to 74mm
Toda A3 cams.
PRB ecu with Kpro V2.

Around 2000-3000 rpm the engine has some irregularities when you give little gas.
From the datalog I think ignition lead time is the problem.
How can I fix?
