Can someone look over my datalog and tune . Im more concern about my knock k limit (-3) 6k to redline. im guessing its pulling timing . any help would be appreciated, thanks

You might want to look over how Honda handles knock control logic. Kpro does not pull timing unless you activate the tables. Tuners normally reduce the timing during the tuning process. Evans tuning has a good video explaining the many knock tables associated with knock control.

In your instance there is no knock present so your car is running fine.
