Inches values are scattered all over the place

So if y'all would take a look at my inches table, you'll see how it starts off at -3.8" then it increases well into mid load section up to -28.7" then it goes to 0.4 which i assume is boost psi. I was under the assumption that vacuum decreases as rpm build then boost comes adding positive pressure, which would mean the numbers would start off at -28.7 then work it's way down to -3.8 then go to boost... Why is the inches table numbered like that?(i know i can change the index) what do yours look like?can i take these same numbers and just reorder them?

The numbers towards the right, after the .04, that's boost psi correct?

Go to Options, Settings and then change the units as in the image

Mine is already like that. I'm talking about how the values for inches aren't decreasing in order, but are just random
