P0335 troubleshooting

I have been trying to troubleshoot an intermittent crank signal issue. I've replaced the sensors, tested all the wiring from my ECU through the harness and everything checks good. According to the troubleshooting tree in the Honda Service manual its tells me to check pin 7 on the A plug (CKP) for voltage with the ignition on and I'm not getting anything whatsoever. What would be my options as far as further troubleshooting or maybe sending my ECU in for repair? Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried your ECU on a known working vehicle to see if the issue follows the ECU?

No I have not done that yet but I will try and find someone willing to try it.
