lots of knock on low rpm

Dear forumer,

I've been using +3psi base map for a few months. I notice a lot of knocks when cruising on low rpm. it can get easily 20-40 knocks in a 40mins run in hot weather. I tried adjusting the ignition timing, different intake profile (Mishimoto/AEM/Injen), and individual cylinder ignition trim but the problem still persisted.
