need help with turbo settings

i have a fully built,turbo charged rsx-s 03 and i have been having problems roughly about 5500 rpm and up. i'm boosting at 10psi right now but when i am at wot i feel there power up untill 5500rpm then it seems like it doesn't pull as hard all the way to redline. right now i'm using the greddy 12ohm 550cc 7psi program also i''m running a T3/T4 turbo with a revhard manifold.

please can anybody give me a little bit of info on what i should do and please remember i am a noob when it comes to hondata tuning.

I'd get to a dyno and get an experienced tuner datalogging to see what's up.
