2012 Civic Si Basemap Help

I'm looking for some assistance on getting a basemap and etune. I have a Takeda intake, resonator delete, and injen axle-back exhaust. I'm currently running the Hondata reflash and I have a small handful of knocks, usually under partial throttle, and my A/F ratio is 10:1 at WOT even though 12.8:1 is commanded. I just need some help sorting out these issues. I've attached a datalog that includes about 20 minutes of stop-and-go driving with a 3rd gear 2500-7300 RPM WOT pull at the end. If anyone could help me that would be great.
