What is the serial number on the K-Pro board inside the ECU? Who did this installation?

The ecu is installed to other people, i don't know but working perfect for more time, i have check and the ecu is istalled perfect.

I have PNB ECU with k pro V4 was working fine removed the engine to put stage 3 competition clutch put back everything how it was now turn on crank but won't turn plug USB to laptop giving the same problem as the guy post
