i just bought a S300 .. do you have any "basemap" for honda turbo?

b18 kit stroker b20
stock ignition
gt35 ball bearing
1000cc fic injectors
skunk2 ultra
vtec killer ...

for 1.1/1.3 boost pressure

Have you looked in the Vault to find a calibration for a setup close to yours? Open SManager, click Window > Vault, then you can search.

Or create your own. Start a new calibration, pick one from the drop down (I would start with stockusp72), set your injectors to 1,000 cc/min, and make sure you set your MAP sensor to the correct one. Stay out of boost until you get to the dyno tuning session.
